You must attest that the measurements are correct as submitted and NO returns are accepted for correctly sewn covers:</strong></p><strong>NOTE: Our custom sewing service only offers the sewn material. Customer is responsible for installation of any option hardware ie. grommets, bolts, rings, etc.</strong><p> </p><ul><li><strong>The Seat Dimensions</strong> are measured from EDGE to EDGE. WIDTH is from side to side on the chair where the sticks are. DEPTH is from front to back. SEAT LOOPS will be sewn to fit the stick sizes indicated below, unless otherwise indicated. Measured from EDGE to SEAM, please enter your custom width. The seat loop measurement we need is the width of the pocket that the stick that secures the seat to the chair slides in. For example, our stock round stick covers take 1/4 inch diameter round dowels which require a seat loop measurement of 3/4 inches and our stock size flat stick covers take 1/4 inch x 9/16 inch flat sticks that require a 1 inch seat loop measurement.</li><li><strong>The Back Dimensions</strong> are measured EDGE to EDGE also. WIDTH is from side to side on the chair with the loops flattened out. HEIGHT is from top to bottom parallel with the seat posts. BACK LOOPS are measured from EDGE to SEAM, please enter your size needed. The back loop measurement we need is the width of the pocket that the back posts of the chair go through. Please DO NOT provide the diameter of the back post as this measurement. If the loop is made to that size, the back post will never slide through it. The most common seen back post diameter is 1 inch and this size requires a BACK LOOP measurement of 2.5 inches.</li><li><strong>Oversize Charge:</strong> There will be a $5 Oversize Charge <strong>PER DIMENSION</strong> if:<br>Back Height is greater than 8"<br>Seat Width is greater than 25"<br>Seat Depth is greater than 17"<br>Seat Loops are greater than 2"<br>We will notify you of the Oversize Charge in the Order Confirmation.</li><li>Seat sticks: Round sticks are 1/4" in diameter, Flat sticks measure 1/4" x 9/16".
